Mike has 15 years of healthcare experience with the past five years serving as Allegiance Health’s Physician Recruiter in Jackson. Mike is a published author of several industry articles and has held a LPN license since 1995. Mike also holds an MBA in Management from Cleary University. Mike enjoys outdoors activities, being an active member in the VFW and spending time with his wife Jennifer. Mike has been an active member of MRRN since 2005 and looks forward to serve the membership of MRRN as President.

Scott has worked with the Henry Ford Health System as a physician recruiter for 3 yrs. This was his introduction to the medical industry, but does have over 8 yrs of recruitment experience within the automotive, industrial/manufacturing fields. Scott has been a member of MRRN since 2006.

Cari has over 20 years experience in healthcare including human resources, allied health/nursing recruitment and physician recruitment. She is the Physician Recruiter for St. Joseph Health System in Tawas since 2004 and also serves as Director of Recruitment for an integrated rural health network since 2009. Cari received her certification as Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR) in May 2010. She holds an Associate degree in Business from Baker College and a Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing from Northwood University. She has been a member of MRRN and ASPR since 2004. Cari enjoys boating, snowmobiling and spending time with her family.

Carol is currently the Physician Recruitment Specialist at St. John Health in southeast Michigan, and has been with the system since 2001. She has worked in health care since 1979, and has spent the last 9 years in physician recruitment. She completed her Bachelors degree at Mercy College of Detroit and her Masters degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University. Carol is a member of ASPR and Co-Chair of the ASPR Education Committee. She enjoys spending time with her husband John, entertaining family and friends, and traveling.
