COVID GUIDELINES
MRRN’s in-person event policy around COVID requires pre-event proof of vaccination or negative COVID rapid or PCR test within 72 hours of the start of the event in the interest of public safety. This will be enforced and those who do not comply will not be allowed to attend. MRRN will enforce any federal, state, or local mandates as they exist at the time of the event and those who don’t comply will be asked to leave the event. MRRN will also support attendees to follow CDC and local guidelines. As it relates to COVID, other than those who test positive for COVID within 14 days of the event, no other refunds will be allowed. MRRN’s standard refund policy will be in effect for other situations.
All attendees, who are not vaccinated, will be required to bring a copy of their negative COVID test with them to registration. If they do not have this, they will not be allowed in the event.
