Jennifer Feddersen, MSM, PHR, AASPR has been an active member of MRRN since 2006. Jennifer graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science concentrating in Human Resource Development and minored in Labor & Employment Relations. She obtained her Masters of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and graduated Cum Laude in December 2000. Jennifer has worked within Human Resources for 15 years, management for 20 years and in physician recruitment/relations for the last six years with Henry Ford Health System. Jennifer oversees employed physician and midlevel provider recruitment for five hospitals and 30+ medical centers throughout Southeastern Michigan. Jennifer has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2001 and as an Associate of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (AASPR) since 2011. She is actively pursuing Diplomat and Fellowship certification for 2012. Jennifer is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Management Association. In her free time Jennifer has been actively involved with Big Brother/Big Sister for the last five years. Jennifer is happily married and has two amazing sons.

Over the last 18 years I have served in the healthcare field in different capacities. I have grown up around the healthcare field and have a strong passion and compassion for those that need medical treatment. For 14 years I served the healthcare field as a social worker in nursing home level care as well as hospital level care. Over the last three years I have served as a physician recruiter for the MidMichigan health system. I enjoy developing relationships quickly with physicians and other healthcare workers. My desire and passion is to provide the best care and access to our community in the field of healthcare. I feel privileged to be a part of the Michigan Recruitment and Retention Network and feel that the relationships that have been connected and established are priceless. I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the network. Trisha's healthcare career began in systems consulting over 20 years ago which included change management for healthcare professionals through new technology and process improvements. Trisha currently serves as the Physician Recruiter for Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services with responsibilities for the recruitment, orientation, and retention of psychiatrists to the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and has been an active member of MRRN since 2008. Trisha enjoys running, entertaining, reading, and keeping up with her daughter, Kennedy.

Over the past five years, Meaghan McGill has worked in different capacities of healthcare at Allegiance Health, now Henry Ford Allegiance Health. It will be three years in May in which Meaghan has been working for Physician Integration. Working towards her Bachelor’s degree at Spring Arbor University, Meaghan will complete her degree in March of 2017 while remaining a member of the Honor Society. All while working towards her Bachelor’s degree, she has also received her Interior Design and Event Planning certificate.
Meaghan has dedicated herself to her community by serving two years as a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters and was also nominated and selected as Jackson Michigan’s 30 under 30 individuals making a difference in their community in 2013.
Her strengths in communication, organization and her independency helps Meaghan become a successful recruiter. Meaghan feels accomplished when she makes a connection between a candidate and her organization which keeps her motivated at serving her community. When Meaghan was asked to join the Michigan Recruitment and Retention Network three years ago, she felt privileged to be apart of such a successful group to form relationships and share recruitment successes’.
