The Family Health Center of Kalamazoo, Michigan has a Senior Talent Recruiter position available, responsible for the recruitment of Physicians, Dentist, Advance Practice Providers, and Senior Administrator opportunities.
The Family Health Center, is a federally qualified health center, whose mission is to provide integrated health care services throughout Kalamazoo County to the underserve population. There are eight (8) location with two additional mobile units available to provide medical and dental care throughout the city.
In this highly visible role, the incumbent will bring 5 years of previous, full-cycle recruitment experience managing high level recruitment related duties coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Health care recruitment experience is preferred.
Key qualifications include the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across multiple stakeholders to include, physicians, dentist, professional healthcare organizations, and medical/dental schools, to advance recruitment acquisition.
Strong business acumen, including continuous process improvement; ability to be an innovative, strategic thinker, with problem solving qualities. Must be able to handle a high volume of work while adapting to changing conditions as required.
Additional competencies in related human resources policies and government regulations as it relates to employment; dedication to upholding the commitment to diversity and maintaining a professional, respectful culture of excellence in the workplace. High level of communication skills, both verbally and written are required. Excellent skills using Microsoft office software to develop forms, documents, and other related tools.
